This project will not come off this year. Property Auctions is likely to come of in 2020.  It will involve sellected homes presentated by Real Estate developers from Africa to be auctined on the product presentation date by registed individuals who have shown interest and with financial capabilities to buy these properties on that day.

Property Express Group is going to launch a portfolio this year which will solely be dedicated to online real estate auctioning. This event is going to take place every quarter in a year (four (4) times) and is slated to take off in the second quarter  2020. Once in every three months (a quarter), the company is going to have a live auction which will be broadcasted live on a sister TV station and an online streaming channel which has commenced.

The purpose of this event and collaboration is to open up the property industry as it is seen as a means to quick cash flow and to make the industry more vibrant. As a visionary company, property Express looks forward to creating employment opportunities for individuals who may act as agents for online bidding as well as expanding the supply ability of suppliers as the demand for products and services increases, and promoting the relevance of auctioneers.

This project proposal looks to enrich all stakeholders in the industry where the auctioneers are key stakeholders in this venture. This project is not going to limit auctioneers to the borders of this country alone as property Express is going to create the avenue for prospective bidders from outside the country to participate in an online auction without necessarily being present as portrayed in the western world. This is going to create awareness for auctioning firms in the country as well as broadening the clientele of these auction firms, hence a means of increasing returns.
